A Watercolor Painted By Adolf Hitler Sold For $162,000 At Auction

Paintings by Adolf Hitler regularly appear, but a watercolor of the old city hall in Munich included an original bill of sale, along with a signed letter from the dictator's adjutant, The Associated Press reports. (AP Photo/Michael Probst) Sold by two sisters whose grandfather bought the painting in 1916, the watercolor reportedly went to a buyer from the Middle East, although the director of a Nuremberg auction house that handled the sale did not share more details on the buyer's identity.
