Where To Eat For Denver’s First Vegan Restaurant Week

It’s not always easy finding a place to eat well on a plant-based diet. But now vegan diners in Denver have one whole week to do it worry-free. Progress, right? So far, 30 restaurants and food trucks have signed up to participate in the city’s first Vegan Restaurant Week, Westword first reported Wednesday.
