John Krasinski is taking it on the chin this time around from the critics, resulting in a Rotten Tomatoes score for IF that is nearly splatting, at the time of this writing. Its been almost three years since A Quiet Place: Part II scared up audiences in 2021. Krasinskis primary focus on the horror sequel was as the writer and director, and the filmmaker scored big with the critics: Part II received a 91% rating on the Tomatometer.
The recent Netflix release of Madame Web has achieved the predictable feat of receiving a wave of scathing reviews while leaping straight to the top of the streamers movie chart. Displacing the equally criticized Mother of the Bride, the Sony Spider-Man Universe movie is no stranger to being slapped around by viewers after securing a dismally low Rotten Tomatoes score during its theatrical run at the beginning of the year.
