American Renaissance leader Jared Taylor has once again popped up like a bad penny to explain why white supremacists love Donald Trump. Speaking to Alan Colmes Monday, Taylor gave Trump big props for his views on anchor babies and immigration. Monday on “The Alan Colmes Show,” Alan spoke with American Renaissance founder Jared Taylor, who has written numerous commentaries on why Donald Trump is the only candidate that would be “good for white people.” Taylor told Alan why he thinks the “anchor baby” system is crazy, why assimilating so many different cultures into America is “difficult,” and why he thinks that most of white society in America just wants other races to leave them alone. Jared Taylor is the go-to guy when white supremacists want to serve a heaping pile of bigotry with some sugar to make it taste better. SPLC has a lovely collection of quotes from him.

    The weekend-long series of thunderstorms and snowstorms across Colorado will linger Sunday, according to the National Weather Service. Lingering rain showers may remain over the plains Sunday in northeast and north central Colorado. Mountain snow showers will diminish throughout the day but a few additional inches of snow is possible. Widespread rain showers may return Wednesday with a few inches of snowfall for the northern mountains, according to NWS forecasters. There is a slight chance of rain showers in Denver on Sunday morning with possible showers and thunderstorms after noon.

But they are bringing one of the most celebrated college quarterbacks in the state over to Dove Valley for a closer look. Mines QB John Matocha, the NCAA’s all-time leader in total touchdowns, received an invite to the Broncos’ rookie mini-camp next month, his former school announced in a news release Sunday morning. The 5-foot-11, 180-pound Matocha, winner of the Harlon Hill Award — Division II football’s Heisman — in 2022, led the Orediggers to the NCAA Division II national championship game each of the last two seasons, throwing for 162 touchdowns and running for 28 more as a four-year starter.

    Shots were fired in a parking lot at the Williams Village dormitory complex at the University of Colorado Boulder early Sunday morning, according to a campus emergency alert. At approximately 3 a.m., CU police responded to a noise complaint at Weber Hall. As police were breaking up a large party, there were reports of shots fired in a parking lot outside the building, according to the alert. At 4:24 a.m., CU released an emergency alert reporting the shooting and imposed a shelter-in-place order.
