By Brandy McDonnell Features Writer bmcdonnell@oklahoman.com If Wiggle Out Loud is Chris Wiser's baby, the festival is going off to preschool in its third year. “We were a volunteer committee the first two years … and it was a goal that maybe if we could get it going that it would be successful and an organization with more resources would take it over,” said Wiser, co-founder of Wiggle Out Loud and half of Sugar Free AllStars, an Oklahoma City family music duo . “It just takes a whole lot of time and effort, and we were kind of like, ‘We'll probably have to take a break if somebody doesn't step in, because there's no way we're gonna have the time to do it personally anymore.' … So, it's looking to be the next logical growing thing for it.” For the first time, The Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center is presenting the free family music and active lifestyles festival.Read more on NewsOK.com
