Woman Pleads Not Guilty By Reason Of Insanity In Newborn's Death

Emile L. Weaver, 20, who was a sophomore at Muskingum University in New Concord, made her plea in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court to charges of aggravated murder, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.
