West Texas A&M University President J. Patrick O’Brien named Michael Knox vice president for student affairs starting Aug. 11, pending approval by the university system’s board of regents. Knox, assistant vice president for student affairs at University of Texas at Arlington, will fill the position following Donna Eddleman’s departure for a position at New York University Abu Dhabi, WT said in a news release. Jon Davis, associate vice president for student affairs, will serve as interim until Knox’s hiring is official. read more
