Deadpool & Wolverine director Shawn Levy has commented on the recent spate of unsuccessful MCU movies, saying you would have to have been living under a rock not to have noticed how the major franchise has been underperforming. After a decade-and-change of monumental success, the likes of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and The Marvels have failed critically and at the box office, with the latter in particular causing big losses for the studio.
