Four current and former employees of Bryn Mawr Trust Corp. have now filed discrimination claims with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleging various employment law violations on the part of the financial institution.Each of the complainants is a black female represented by Bryn Mawr attorney Mark Schwartz, who said he was "inundated" with calls from bank employees after filing the first claim in April for teller Wandrea Russo.
