ST. LOUIS (AP) — The Federal Aviation Administration is restricting the path of some flights into Lambert-St. Louis International Airport amid the unrest in Ferguson following a grand jury's decision not to indict the white police officer who fatally shot a black 18-year-old. According to an advisory posted late Monday, planes were being rerouted out of an at least 3-mile area near Ferguson.
