First-half property-tax bills in Franklin County will be mailed out a few days later than usual because of software upgrades in the auditor’s and treasurer’s offices. The delay means that payments won’t be due until Jan. 30, rather than the usual due date of Jan. 20, said Dave O’Neil, a spokesman for Treasurer Ed Leonard.
