We already know that at least one of the key cast members from the original 1990 hit thriller "Flatliners" is coming back for Sony Pictures' upcoming remake - Kiefer Sutherland. Today Sutherland has confirmed a suspected theory - that the film is not a remake but rather a sequel with him playing the same character of Nelson Wright.
