FINDLAY — In the spirit of cooperation, the Ohio State Highway Patrol has proposed regional law enforcement agencies work together in a multiagency effort. “Lights for Lives” is a cooperative, multijurisdictional enforcement campaign focused on officers activating their overhead lights and stopping as many vehicles that have committed traffic violations to save as many lives as possible. Lights for Lives began at 6 a.m.
