Much of the country remains on lockdown, and in the comic industry, an estimated 80% or more of shops are closed to the public. DC Comics Chief Creative Officer and Publisher Jim Lee, who rose to fame as an artist on titles, including “X-Men,” is in the process of auctioning 60 original sketches and donating the proceeds to the Book Industry Charitable Foundation. He will provide one sketch per day over 60 days featuring DC Comics characters. In addition, DC is donating an additional $250,000 to Binc to help comic book retailers during the COVID-19 crisis. Each sketch auction runs for three days and is hosted at the eBay page: https://www.ebay.com/usr/chunkymonkey0000.Read more on NewsOK.com
