BEGIN SLIDESHOW Listen to a full track from new Halloween soundtrack Sacred Bones Records has revealed a new song titled “The Shape Returns” as a preview for the upcoming release of the New Halloween Soundtrack that was composed by original Halloween director John Carpenter along with Cody Carpenter and Daniel Davies. The soundtrack for Universal Pictures and Blumhouse Productions‘ Halloween remake is schedule to be released on October 19. You can pre-order the Halloween soundtrack on CD or vinyl at this link. Check out and listen to the new track below! The new soundtrack pays homage to the classic Halloween score that Carpenter composed and recorded in 1978, when he forever changed the course of horror cinema and synthesizer music with his low-budget masterpiece.
