As I watched Cameron and his long flowing silver hair accepting awards on behalf of "Avatar" for "Best Director" & "Best Dramatic Picture" last night at the "Golden Globes", I couldn't help but wonder how big this guy's head could get. The $19 million marks the 7th biggest Monday of all-time and it pushes the film's domestic total to $232 million.
